At Massey High staff can be nominated to share their practice via a ‘one minute hack’ (which usually ends up being a lot longer than one minute). Below is a hack that I shared on the 9th November. It shows how I have encouraged my Y10 tutor group to independently access and read the daily notices.
The ‘hack’ was well received with colleagues commenting on the format (a video). One of my favourite pieces of feedback came from the head of our Mathematics department. He said “Following your one minute hack would be like being the next act on-stage after Led Zeppelin carrying a ukulele”.
